The sessions are a total immersion in sound. They really are quite magical… My stress and tensions are slowly released, and…I can feel the energy of the gong sound waves washing over me and spreading through my body. My mind slows down and my body drifts into a relaxed, dreamlike state.

About Jennie’s Sound Meditations

As part of this, Jennie is now offering Sunday Evening Relax Sessions, using a variety of instruments including gongs. All you need do is to come along, lie down on your mat or a sofa, relax and let the music do the rest.

Testimonials

  • ’Jennie’s Sound Meditations have been a wonderful discovery and have noticeably improved my physical and mental wellbeing... In the sessions Jennie uses gongs, a cello, chimes, a rainstick, and other percussion instruments to create the sounds. An accomplished musician, Jennie has a strong understanding of the magical power of sound and knows how to play the instruments to release their full potential. The sessions are a total immersion in sound. They really are quite magical. There’s minimal talking, Jennie lets the sounds do the work. During these sessions, my stress and tensions are slowly released, and I exist in the moment. I can feel the energy of the gong sound waves washing over me and spreading through my body. My mind slows down and my body drifts into a relaxed, dreamlike state... At the end of the sessions, Jennie always allows a generous amount of time to slowly come back to reality. We sit in silence for a while, enjoying a cup of hot herbal tea, and sometimes people talk informally about what they experienced or ask questions. I would strongly recommend these sessions to anyone looking for a way to release their stress and tensions and restore harmony.

  • 'Yesterday eve was one of the most profound experiences I have ever had. I couldn’t speak properly for hours. It was extraordinary. [Jennie is] a musical healer with a blessed gift and huge heart. My body and psyche rippled… is the only way I can describe it! A fluid interaction between mind, body, soul and the universe. It was absolutely incredible and the vibration of sound reached somatic experiences no amount of talking… or eyes wide open… ever could. When you showed us the pattern, mandala, of the molecular visual to the sound, it all made sense. I am so happy and thrilled to have had this opening. Needless to say, I will be coming to more.'

  • "I just wanted to say thank you again for another incredible session on Sunday. I am addicted! It was an extraordinary experience again. So much processing happened. And I just absolutely love the way you are so deeply intune with the room and create such a safe space. My friend absolutely loved it too and will definitely be coming again. You are amazing for giving us all this treasured space to travel through so many layers."
